M Coetzee2018-05-10Needed to move from Maidstone area to New Milton, Hampshire, after just losing my husband. Found Shine Removals on line with really great reviews, so thought I'd give them a try. Paul was on time to give a quote and to do the pre-pack. Quote was extremely reasonable, considering it was not just round the corner. On moving day, Matt and Conrad arrived on the dot of 8am, and in just under 2 hours, had loaded the van full (it was a little small but no bother), but as there were still a few items left to pack, they decided to take some items to Paul's lock-up, come back and load the rest of my things. This done, we were on the road by 1130. Once we arrived at my storage unit, one, two, chopsticks, their van was unloaded, and we were on our way. It was arranged for a few days later for Paul and his team to bring the rest of the furniture, etc., to the lock-up. Matt and Conrad were there early, and already unloading the van when I arrived, and we were on our way in about half an hour. Well done and top marks to Matt and Conrad in being so quick and moving my belongings with a minimum of fuss, therefore taking the stress of the move out of my hands.

Danny Howe2017-08-29We used Shine removals to pack and transport our contents for our house move and I can honestly say it's the best money we've ever spent. The day before the move they visited the house and packed the entire contents of our 4 bedroom house into boxes, on the morning of the move all contents were loaded into the van, all furniture dismantled and we were ready to go by 11am. Unfortunately we saw the other end of the industry when we arrived at our new property where the previous owner was still dismantling her furniture and loading her possessions at 2.30pm with her "man with a van" type removal firm. Despite this the guys at Shine took control of the situation and meant that any stress we might have felt at this point was completely eradicated. I honestly can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a firm based on price alone then unfortunately you'll get what you pay for but if you want fantastic value then Shine removals are the team for you.
